Thoughts On the End, Notes for the Future
G-d created us to be good. The ultimate good is to be with Him. He created the world to be in a place where He is not, and placed us here to bring Him here. When we die we achieve the ultimate good, that is to be with Him. Why then in the End Times, the days of Mashiach will there be tichias hamaisim? Is this not a step backwards? Also, why will there BE, period? If the purpose of being is to being G-dliness to that place which it is not and in the times of Mashiach all will know, see and love G-d, then why will there be?
