Heading home
I know now is not the time to be happy or feel excited since so much is happening in New Orleans. My sympathy goes out to those in need. Hearing/reading/seeing all the deviant acts happening in New Orleans is breaking my heart and slightly killing my confidence in humanity. How can murder &/or rape happen when people should be helping each other? Anyway, I'm off topic and this is another piece to write/talk about later.
On a personal note, I am happy and excited because I will be going home to Vancouver tonight... seeing old friends and spending quality time with family. I think I was depress for a while because I was home sick. I really do miss my dad, my sister, my brothers and all the babies (some are teenagers) in the family.
Oh, did I forget to mention that I will be on a road trip with friends to San Francisco as well? Yep. Will be there for a few days.
