The dish turned out great. I would never have thought to use prosciutto to flavour my fish. The lemon, butter and garlic sauce was a nice added touch. This was an easy dish to make and it was a no fuss clean up. Great to prepare for BBQ's too.
On another note... the gym in my building has been closed for 2 weeks now. =( It's closed for renovations. They're trying to sound proof it. Since I can't run I'm trying to swim instead but its just not the same. I don't like dipping my hair in chlorine water too often.
Leafs are playing the Flyers tonight. Gonna be lazy and not cook. Rob's going to order pizza and wings for us.
