(no subject)
It was beautiful outside today... or at least it looked as if it was. I definately didn't take advantage of it though. I stayed inside all day and I have to have To Kill A Mockingbird finished for monday and I was only half done. So I had 140 pages to read and I spent most of the day reading it and I still have 50 pages left. I'm exhausted!!
Nothing too exciting happened this week. I'm 100% positive that I will fail the AP World History exam that is 1 1/2 weeks away. Yuck.
Yesterday Mike and I went tanning and downtown to pay his insurance.. And it was around 3 so this one elementary school just got out and it's so sad to see all these little kids walking home by themselves. Like only 2 of them actually had a parent with them. I know their parents probably don't want their young children having to walk the city streets by themselves everyday but have no choice but still my kids will never have to do that.. I swear.
Then I told Mike he should go play basketball so he called up the SENIOR OF THE DAY (finally) Mike Bracci and he said he was going to go to Carter to play so that's where we went. Ricky Parisi was there as well and he's a very cool kid too but I was super bored and Champ kept eating pine cones and twigs so we decided to leave. Thenn We wanted to go to the Amerks game but we ended up not going and I'm glad because they lost. We did go out to dinner with Mike's family to Olive Garden though. It was veryyy yummy. And then we came back to my house because I was really tired and I was like talking to Mike and he fell asleep and I'm like WTF I was the tired one. And he started snoring so loud that I couldn't sleep but ya know he still says he doesn't snore. Typical male in denial.
Tomarrow Mike has a base ball game at Memorial Park if it doesn't rain. I will go but I'm not the biggest baseball fan so hopefully I won't be the only spectator. Hopefully I'll finish that book too. I'm getting really sick of reading it. Reading starts to become no fun when it's rushed. Why must teachers give deadlines?... Who knows, time for me to read some more or take a nap so I'll get back up later and read..
Oh but one more thing, I was listening to Goo Goo Dolls today because they're my favorite band and I started thinking about their lyrics they're so beautiful and mysterious... think about this "And I'll become What you became to me" ... good night!
