Honestly, there were so many things I wanted to comment about when I read this as a bedtime story (an extremely wrong choice because even though I didn't take long to fall asleep as I was too sleepy, I think I had strange dreams as a result) but I can't exactly remember what I wanted to say anymore.

Anyway!

The myth I heard about the Doppelgänger was that there were 7 in this world and it's bad luck to meet any one of them. Nothing about the death or what-so-ever. (Do Doppelgängers have identical fingerprints as well?) I don't really believe in that because apparently, there seems to be quite a few of them in the K-entertainment industry and well, many would probably have been dead by now? But... who knows XD

To be really sincere, I was freaked out by this story, THIS IS NOT THE USUAL ANGST; THIS IS HORROR especially Yoseob's death. Because at least there was the explanation process for Dongwoon's death. I seem to have this fear for the unknown; it's like I'd rather see the horror happening while watching a horror movie, than to have a blackout screen ><

Insidious. Ohgawdthatmoviewiththathorribleending. It was one of the few horrors that actually remained in this little pea brain of mine >< But well, at least it wasn't a movie that merely goes "BAM", gives you a surprise/shock, and then the story ends without much of a plot. Kinda.

"He must've slipped," Hyunseung spoke up. "He must've not dried his feet properly after walking out of the bathroom."
I have no idea why but Hyunseung sounded suspicious here lmao.

And with the end of the story, I arrived at some personal conclusions:
1) You don't need to actually meet a Doppelgänger to die; all you have to do is to imagine one.
2) Your Doppelgänger will appear if you believe and fear it.
3) You will die if someone plays a Doppelgänger-prank on you (and then as the saying goes: "what goes around comes around", the prankster will die sooner or later.)

But I'm glad for the ending; I don't know why but it felt less frighting. I wonder who's gonna prank Kikwang. Junhyung seems the most likely one to do so. Because Doojoon would be too upset about Yoseob's death; Hyunseung wouldn't be bothered XD

The one I heard was there are 3 identical people in the world (including ourselves), so if we happen to meet both of them at the same time we'll die (or even worse, another version said that was if we ever see one of them we'll die as well). I assumed doppelgängers have identical fingerprints since they're... well, like our carbon copies. Hahaha I'm pretty sure the ones in K-Pop aren't identical though! ;P

Yes it's actually a horror story! (I couldn't believe I wrote one) I prefer blackout screens though, since it makes me think ^^ (yes, I'm a very strange person like that)

I watched that movie during a sleepover with my friends. I found the first half extremely boring since it consisted of mostly random cuts & scenes inside the house... so I fell asleep. I was woken up by my friends' screams, just as the credit was rolling. Maybe I should watch it again? XD

I suppose the doppelgängers existed in the first place bcoz Yoseob believed in it. Then it appeared before Dongwoon (even though Kikwang lied about it as a joke).
Another thing to add to your conclusion: they should stop the Horror Stories Session completely.

Nay, I'm usually quite a dreamless person (fortunately). It was scary while I was reading it, which means that you've done a great job :D But the feeling was gone when I woke up (luckily for me).

I guess I don't watch enough horrors to have much of an imagination, so I don't fancy blackouts because I don't know what's happening D: &&You're not weird, at least I thought most people are like that...?

Lmao, you're too brave. I only watch horrors when my friends urge me to (but they are the ones covering their eyes throughout the show and then asking me what happened in the end lololol)
