Where 2 Begin???
Had a pretty eventful weekend starting of with free beer thursday night then to yummy dinner at this roasters place(mmmm meat loaf)....Earlier this week i was really hating my second job and almost quit so i just decided to call into work but i was originally going to say i ate bad sushi and was sick but i had to invent this strange story about a girl i met on the internet and how she just left me at one of her friends houses downtown and stranded me the and i had to take a cab home...Ha, i come up with some lame lies but they believe me probable b/c its so lame....I really went to a show at this place larrys bar, saw some where industrial/noise bands and then dude travis we were there to see came on with his synths and sax with a telephone hooked up to it(good but strange) got back to duluth around 3 then went and tried to talk some sense into my friend who has been seeing the white lady too much lately, i think i got through to her but who really knows then i went home and went to sleep.
When i woke up friday the plan was to head straight to athens for fun times with psycadelics but i took me a lot longer to run my errands than i thought so i didnt get there til like 9 but it was great....It took almost 2 hrs for it to take full effect, before that it only felt like i was very high but by the time we strated watching these old standups i was gone everything was really blurry and the red light in the room was making me feel very warm and fuzzy, we listened to great music including sgt pepper and lots of Billie Holiday which was great, tried to go to sleep at 5 or 6 but never did and then went home at noon b/c work was at 4......blah blah work blah blah sleep til 5 blah blah watch 6 feet under blah work blah sleep and here we are....;)
