How are you observing Thanksgiving?

I see it as an American thing. Here is Europe we don't do that.

What are you most thankful for today?

I am most thankful that we don't do Thanksgiving. We have far too many holidays as it is. Every day that is not a holiday is a reason to be thankful for.

Dinner at friends' house, with their exuberant family, followed by dessert at another friend's. Our own dinner will probably be Friday.

Right now I'm most grateful for the love and support of my sweetie. The love and support of my friends is the next item on the list.

I am observing Thanksgiving by sharing time and plenty with one of the groups of my chosen family.

I am thankful for yesterday, my birthday, being a day of joy and plenty and freedom to do what I desired and possessing the resources (and a day off work) to do what I desired. I am loved, I have a safe comfortable place to live, I have a job where I make a positive difference in the lives of children, and I and those I love are healthy (or healthy enough).

There is plenty. There is love. There is awareness.
It is good, though there is always more to strive toward.

thank you for asking the question.

I will be at work. We are not Thankful here in England. Then Quiz night in the work canteen.

But I've taken Friday off as annual leave!
