yes! finally managed to get the download link for The Best of a1 XD
a1's songs have been stuck in my head for the past three days, thanks to their concert last Sunday lol! I finally decided to watch The Greatest Hits Tour concert last Sunday. I waited for Friday to decide whether I'd buy the ticket or not, because tbh 98 degrees, a1 and Blue are not my all time favorite boybands, unlike BSB or NKOTB (lol), but I like their songs, and maybe because I just simply love boybands lol! I guess good things always come to those who wait, because I got the buy 1 get 1 promo hahaha...so lucky.
So I went to see the concert with my friend, Melda. We bought the Festival 2 ticket, because it was much cheaper than Festival 1, but then soon I regretted doing because Festival 2 was quite far from the stage, but I guess we were still lucky that day for what happened later on :D
The concert started 1.5 hours later. blah! and what made me feel sorry about the concert is that there were too few audience for boybands as big as 98 degrees (well, only Jeff came though), a1 and Blue. That was why the promoter let the Festival 2 audience join Festival 1. Melda and I ran like crazy to the closest spot to the stage lol! We were laughing so hard because it was just crazy, competing with other girls to get the closest spot XD
Jeff started the concert. He is so handsome! *drools* he sang some songs from his single, which most of us were not familiar with, but then when he sang 98 degrees' songs, we sang together with him. And oh my! Jeff is, as Melda called him, such a man whore lol! what made us soo jealous is when he picked one of the girls in the crowd to join him on the stage and he sang her I Do. Most of us screamed "NOOOOOO.....!!! NO JEFF NOOO!!!" LMAO!!! Then when he sang Una Noche, he picked more people to join him on the stage, singing and dancing with him. TSK!
Then it was a1's turn.
OMG!!! I didn't expect that I would be enjoying their performance a lot! Ben, Chris and Mark were soooo friendly. They kept smiling and waving to us, and they really can carry a tune. Great voices! and Ben, OMG BEEENNN!!!!! my throat hurt so much because I screamed his name a lot mwahahahaha! Of all the three, a1 performed the longest. I think most of the audience agree with me that a1 totally owned the night. They sang most of their hits and they looked so happy when the audience sang all their songs altogether with them. Oh Beennn ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥
Blue was kinda disappointing in my opinion. It was so obvious that they looked upset. Maybe it's because that they didn't expect that the audience was going to be that few. Lee couldn't hide his disappointment well. When he smiled, he didn't look so sincere, and sometimes he seemed that he didn't want to sing his part. Anthony was just not much different. The ones that seemed to look more professional were Duncan and Simon. Ugh! Duncan is sooo handsome! Lee is also gorgeous too, but it upset me that he looked upset XD Perhaps, what made it worse is the crappy sound system. The sound system was okay during Jeff's and a1's part, but I didn't understand why it got so bad during Blue's performance. I feel so sorry for them. Stupid promoter!
Oh well, all in all, I enjoyed that concert. And Ben successfully had me that night hahaha...
okay...it's time for some a1's songs now.
and I'm so looking forward to Roxette's concert this Saturday ^^
