This is going to cover some pictures I missed in the last entry, and a visit to the korean market. the pictures of north korea will follow in the next entry.
$227!? O_O The hell!? For how many people? (The most expensive dinner I had was about $55 per person, but that included having so much in leftovers that I was able to have one really bigass meal the next day as well.)
I bet that woman sitting behind the chilis (but with her back to them O.o) knows the difference between the chilis! :D If you asked her she'd probably roll her eyes and go, "CLEARLY this is SCARLET chili, while THIS one is vermilion chili, while THIS one is ruby red chili! Like d'oyyyy! :O"
Ah, the infamous bill that I commented on before... Still cannot believe it. I bet you're keeping this photo (or the actual bill) forever and ever and ever to show it off to your grandchildren :P
y'know, whenever i go traveling anywhere all my photos are of just food and food receipts. your pictures are much more interesting. i'd take pictures of people but you can't eat people. well, i guess you can euphemistically.
(chorus: aigu, pyuntae ajeossi!)
oh, before this i never thought korean food could be expensive.
