Lately one of my cats had taken to staring at the door to the attic. This freaks me out a bit as that door is in my bedroom. Tonight I manned up and opened the door thinking I'd find some stink bugs or a rodent of some type. I didn't see any creatures. She gave it good a sniff and was satisfied.
However, I did notice that the bulkhead that is over the stairs has pulled away from the wall a bit. I just know this house has foundational issues. This is just the latest evidence of a huge problem I continue to ignore.
Right now the vote is to sell.
