The suburbs of Dallas, TX are gorgeous. Modern, clean, and everyone is polite and hospitable. Pennsylvania is a run-down retirement community by comparison.

It would be nice to take along all that matters to you and just drive there to start fresh.

Friends and family are too much to leave behind.

Moving a DDR machine halfway across the state sure would be expensive, I know that's what keeps me in NJ :P
