Summary: They sit on the beach and wait.
The soft sand and calm ocean belong to them and only them for the moment. They stretch out their legs on the beach, toes almost touching the edge of the waves. Any second now someone will come along and yell at them because their clothes cost more than they make in a month, but for now that doesn't matter.
She peeks over at him, her squinting eyes magnified by large glasses. She shades her eyes with her hand but that doesn't seem to help. He wants to say she looks cute with her face all scrunched up, but he isn't sure if that's appropriate.
“Your hair looks nice like that. Pulled back,” she says with a small smile. He blushes and turns away like he always does when someone compliments him because he's just not used to it. A small laugh and she looks back at the ocean, sighing.
Her hand rests a few inches away from his in the sand, and he wonders for a moment what it would be like to hold hands when they weren't in front of the camera.
But then Gwangchul calls out from the street behind them. “Jisang, Seojin! You're up!” So they rise, brush the sand from their clothes and head back to fix their make-up.
