I recently received an email from Sara at the Fresh Air Fund, asking if I’d mention her charity on my blog.
I realize you’re probably as surprised as I am, since there are only about six people who bother to read it. But, she asked nicely, so I thought I’d do her the simple favor of a post.
The Fresh Air Fund is a charity that places inner city children with rural host families for the summer months, so they can get a taste of exurban life. It is a worthy organization. If you’d like to learn more, check out
