Missing NYC
One of the many things I miss about working in New York City is being able to rustle up some friends at the last minute to go have cocktails after work. That never seems to happen with my friends or co-workers here, unless there's some pre-planning involved. I guess there's something to be said for working in NYC, where you can get anywhere at a moment's notice and having friends that are all single and professional and not bound by the crap you have to deal with as a suburbanite.
