Eventually, I'll make 100x100 animated gifs, but I'll have problem with the size of the file, though. I haven't done WWE icons, but you can view some I did
here in case anyone wants to see them or haven't yet.
Link to Aelita gif Something's going on with the Aelita gif, so I linked it. :S
Yep that's 14 icons from the Copa América Tournament.
Venezuela-Uruguay: 4-1. I watched the first half. Seemed like it was for moments a handicap match (Venezuela and the refs vs Uruguay). I'm glad Venezuela got eliminated. Otherwise, we might be seeing the bullshit from Japan-Korea 2002 (Korea getting that far was horrible to watch, especially that match against Spain in quarter finals; Spain deserved to win the 2002 World Cup more than anyone at the time IMO). To see Venezuela reaching semi-finals is pretty hard to believe at all.
Chile-Brasil: 6-1. Brasil seems pretty much Robinho-dependant. And I'm not much of a Brasil fan, but I'm all for B-Team Brasil to defeat Argentina in the finals again. I went to the finale of the Copa América 2004 that was hosted in Peru. B-Team Brasil didn't had the Brasilian players I hate (Ronaldo, Ronaldinho, Dida... well the media overpraising Brasil back then made me loath them a lot before) and defeated the A-Team Argentina. Pretty cool. I saw the rise of Adriano there. And back then, I liked Luis Fabiano. He was pretty awesome during his run in Sao Paulo FC (the only Brasilian football club I adore). That said, I'm rooting for Uruguay or B-Team Brasil to win the Copa América. As for Chile, well I'm sure every Chilean was expecting their nation to lose. And yes, Humberto Suazo scored a good goal. Suazo is a good player from what I've seen from him.
Mexico-Paraguay: I'm not from Paraguay. However, the first half really disgusted me a lot. Aldo Bobadilla did not touch the player at all. It was a fucking dive. Bobadilla didn't touch that guy, neither even touched the ball from what I've seen. And he gets a red card. Fucking bullshit. Oh, and there was one moment before the 2nd goal from Mexico that a Paraguay forward got fouled inside the area and no penalty charged. Bullcrap. Paraguay played decently despite the goals they got scored. From the four matches, I was expecting this to not end with a huge score. Paraguay was the only team who didn't deserve to be squashed at all on the quarter finals. Getting Bobadilla kicked off eariler plus the ref was too much for Paraguay.
I was really expecting a good match from both teams, not a squash. :(
Argentina-Peru: Being born from Peru and everything, I was expecting Peru to lose at least by 2-0 or more. Yeah, I know that Argentina is a superior team. And also, Brasilian referee Carlos Simñon was there too. The rule in South América for Libertadores and other events: Brasilian national team or football club from Brasil gets a referee from Argentina and they most likely get the victory secured. Argentinian national team or football club from Argentina gets a referee from Brasil (or Uruguay) and they most likely get the victory secured. That's how it rolls around South America, at least from some matches of the Libertadores tournament. Maybe I'm wrong.
I'm a little pissed to see my nation lose (that's what I get for watching Peru matches usually :P), but I was even more pissed off that Claudio Pizarro didn't got injured at all. Tha guy is annoying as hell. I don't give a shit if he scored against Bolivia and helped Peru pass to quarter finals, he's still a fucking shithead who doesn't seem to put any effort at all when he goes to play for the Peruvian football team. Plus, at Bayern München, Makaay, Roque and all the forwards Bayern had since Claudio arrived there were far superior than Claudio. Plus Claudio's now on Chelsea (the football club I hate the most), so fuck him anyways. From the Peruvian team you look at Guerrero, Farfán, Mariño... those people really bust their ass off for the team. Pizarro apparently doesn't. I don't know what's so great about him (he scored against Bolivia and literally a bunch of people were praising his ass while I raised my middle finger to Claudio), he doesn't seem like a guy that busts his ass for the team. Now maybe his fame in Europe made him grew an ego. It sucked ass that Jefferson Farfán got injured, he was much better than Pizarro. Uribe's a retard for not bringing Solano to the team. And as always, the defense sucks. Yeah, I don't expect to see Peru on a World Cup anytime soon.
As for Argentina goes, they're playing really good. Especially Riquelme seems to be on a roll. He literally carried Boca Juniors to win the Copa Libertadores this year. Now, he's carrying Argentina to probably win the Copa América. That said, I want to see Argentina defeat Mexico at the semifinals.
Now maybe I'm pissed off from the Peru match and the ref from Mexico-Paraguay.
