I figure I should update since it has been about a week...(and yes, I had thought of making it like a really bad public case without a resolution...but I decided against that).
Finals happened! We all know about that, blah blah blah. French was frusturating at times and I think I royally screwed up some grammar, but I didn't do too poorly on that WWII section (thank you Curry!). Math...well, wasn't as difficult as it could have been. I made a stupid 1-point mistake and probably got one or two of the related rate problems wrong (I'm praying that Neil didn't get them all correct). But my derivatives and antiderivates were probably right. The Scheffler final was more difficult than I had though, I ended up guessing (well, "educated guessing") on quite a few questions, but learned last night that I beasted that test...surprising to say the least.
Linfield wasn't as crappy as it has been in previous years, largely because Erin and Zach broke. But honestly, Much Ado About Nothing? How the hell did they win? Their sight-lines were off and everything! Damn you not paying attention to technicalities. And you know what else? Damn you first time judges from the surrounding area, especially when given to two award-winning public teams. *fist shake*
The Summit and Lincoln debate teams need to hook up and get married, honestly, we'd have the most crazy awesome debate/IErs ever. And the hotness? Yes the hotness!
So now I'm avoiding work on my ToK essay and Mock Trial questions...neither of which are going to go well.
Now I think I'm going to go intoning.
ETA: I *heart* Willamette, they called to let me know my app was complete! Thank you! And my kitty is adorable, all perched on the back of the couch so she can be closer to me.
