Amazon.com has a gift page "for the one who has everything" here. Just a bizarre collection of stuff, but what caught my eye were the "whipped cream chargers". Now you all know what you should have gotten me for my birthday, although I wouldn't have turned my nose up at an Amish cookbook or a pan flute.
