[the day atlantis met its doom.]
as i make my way through. my path is thick with salt. theres orange and yellow glares. these light my journey. at the front gates is where i met you. your voice enchants my experiance. guilding my way through a vast new city. you show me the way again. every time id open my eyes. im staring at nothing.
as the city crumbles to pieces. i want to hear her voice. everyones running in fear. but i wait in antisipation. ill throw my heart to you once more. if you swear it will anchor us down.
and the dust settles around me. i was once again alone. no one beside me, no one waiting for me, no one at all. ill wait for her voice to echo once more. and until that day comes ill be restless. i can only dream to see you again.
[if soccer players could fly id shoot them all down.]
flying down a field of green. you're the only one who matters. getting paid $50 million. but you keep on bitching about your white sox. "ill win this for you." you're all such liars. they burn my eyes. paint your faces, wave your flags. ive never seen a bigger group of pussies.
[accept the fact that you're nothing to me.]
i will throw your heart to the sun. and ill watch it explode. just so you cant have it. your blood covers the world. drowning every city within reach. you're dropping tears at some rediculous cause. paint the world with your murder.
[rubyred deathbed.]
sparling across the the floor. sinking as in quicksand. waiting for your hero. im awoken by the screams of a woman. the scene is horrific. everyone's dying on their last breath. by the time i got to the woman, it was all over. at least her coffin wont have stains. waiting for the ship to capsize, i saw you in a corner. throwing yourself into my arms was comforting. too bad horrible things happen to good moments. as water fills my lungs i can only let your hand go.
