QutieLand News Update - New Products (20/12/2010 Update)
Dear Customers,
This is the latest update from QutieLand. As per the high amount of e-mails enquiries and orders during this period before the X'Mas, we have not updated ours LJ and the e-news for nearly a month already. For those customers who have kept tracking for our updates, we are sorry about to keep you waiting. And before the details of latest update for this weekend, we would like to wish all of you have a Merry X'Mas.
Apart from the new products update, we got several quite important regarding to order with us. So please take some times to check that out the details below:
1. Scam e-mail Warning
We have received a report that a scam e-mail has been send out to some of our customers regarding donations to keep our web site running.
First of all, we got to clarify that we have NEVER send any e-mail to ask our customers to do any donations to our site. And our shop didn't have any financial difficulty to run the system as well. Please ignore that scam e-mail and don't do any donation on that.
We have taken further action on this issue already. And we are pleased that if any of you having further information relate to that.
2. Postage Fee Adjustment
We have just received the last notice from EMS China, the postage fee to several countries have already / are going to have minor adjustment before the X'Mas. And the first country be effected be USA.
New Postage fee to US:
First 500g: HKD$205
500g after: HKD$65
We believe that the postage fee will be back to normal level after the Chinese New Year holiday (end of February) from our experience. And we will update the news in this topic once we have confirmed.
3. 2011 Chinese New Year Order and Delivery Deadline
The latest update regarding to the Order and Delivery Deadline before the Chinese New Year has been updated. Details can be found from the link below:

4. X'Mas & New Year Working Date
Same as last year, QutieLand won't take off during the X'Mas and New Year period. However from the end of Nov, the amount of enquires and orders have been largely increased, so that the responding time have been delayed (normally we will respond all enquires / orders within 3 Working Days).
Due to the above situation, we are very sorry about that to keep all of our customers to wait for ours reply. And we will try our best to get back all of you ASAP.
5. Delivery during X'Mas & New Year Period
As per the high season of X'Mas and New Year period, the delivery time by EMS have been reported be delayed as the same as last year. The delay included the update info on the EMS web site and also the shipping time.
Apart from the reason of X'Mas & New Year high season, the shipment to Europe has been seriously been effected as the bad weather which has covered most of the countries there right now.
Due to the above situation, we are very sorry about the delayed been made. And we would appreciate for your understanding and patient in case delay been happened. If you have any further questions about the delivery (order status / shipping time), please don't hestiate to contact us. We will try our best to answer that for you.
6. Dream of Lolita New Series Collection
Another new series of products from Dream of Lolita. Same as before, tailormake size order accept (except coat). Details of the new products from Dream of Lolita can be found from the link below:

7. Infanta New Series Collection
Apart from Dream of Lolita, we got several new Winter Collection from Infanta, especially the coat and jacket will be fully fit with the weather right now.

There are no new products from HMHM for quite a while already. And this week we got quite several new products from them. Details can be found below:

Dear Celine is one of the most brands which getting most frequent updates under our shop. And this week we got quite several new items from them.
