Help me y'all
If you've been in even the most casual of contact with me for the past couple years, you've probably beeen asssaulted with this information by this point, but here it goes...
So, my band got picked from about 200 bands as one of the top 25 bands in the bay are by Live 105. These bands will then get dwindled down to a top 5, and from there one band gets picked to open for their Not So Silent Night Festival. If we win this, we get to open for Modest Mouse, The Killers, The Shins, and The Raconteurs. Sweet? Sweet!
The stage things are at right now is based totally on internet votes on this site "imeem.com" Yeah, the site is pretty fucking lame, but if you could help me out and sign up and vote for my band I promise I will make you a delicious sandwich when I am famous.
Here's what you can do:
1. go to imeem.com and register as a user
2. go to live105.imeem.com
3. There's a list of the top 25 bands, find my band (Tempo No Tempo) and rate us as "5 stars" by our song static.
That's it. Also, if you want you can click our song as your "favorite" and comment on it or whatever. I know this whole thing is pretty tooly and I'm pluggin a clear-channel station, but we actually have a legitimate chance at the top 5, and that would generally be really good for us as a band. So please pretty please, help me out.
