A man of many parts....
Last week I whittled a linstock, and this weekend took into a field in Northamptonshire for English Heritage's enourmous Festival of History.
The linstock was so I could be a cannoneer in the Battle of Bosworth.
Later I dressed as an Edwardian ruffian so I could be ruffed up by Jujutsu Suffragettes in a display of Edwardian self defence.
Finally, I dressed as a small child in a giraffe costume.
