My Baby Has Arrived!
By "Baby" I am of course referring to DIVISION, the M'fucking Limited Edition! It is beautiful and perfect and I literally sobbed with happiness when I opened my mail box and found it there. And my hands, how they were a-shaking! I guess I have an easily excitable nervous system, haha.
Please ignore my weird expression, I was straining to keep a hold on the album with just one hand! It weighs a ton! Which is great and magnificent, but also damn inconvenient! It takes me ages to find the CDs inside....
So far, I've been mainly listening to Disc Number Three. I listened to the 1st one a couple of times, but it seemed difficult and deep and time-consuming, so I dived into the third disc (totes ignoring the one with the PVs) and haven't looked back since! Derangement rocks my socks, Attitude is awesome sauce, and Required Malfunction has me headbanging on the floor every - single - time! I'm a little pissed that XI and Melt aren't actual songs; just when I'm getting into them, they end! How's about you make that electronic album you're clearly dying to make, Ruki-san, hm?
Uh... I'm going to write a proper album review at some point, but I'm going to gonna have to let the songs soak in first. Also, I've barely even glanced at the lyrics, let alone the art work!
