Holy Shit
I just saw Neil Diamond in concert and it was a religious experiance!
I don't care what anyone says, neil has been a big part of my life since I was a wee Lad. I used to goto my grandpa's over the summer for 2 weeks with my cousins. during these 2 weeks we would listen and watch the jazz Singer over and over again the whole week. we did this for like 7-8 years every year. Whenever i hear any of the music I think of those summers fondly and sing along.
During the Encore they played America and all i could think of was my grandma and grandpa watching down to me yelling along at a Neil Diamond concert and I said a thanks to them for exposing me to the music as a child. My seats were so close I could see everything, it was amazing!
I wish I would have gone yesterday also.
