First Casuality today at the gym. I was doing chest excercise and all of a sudden my left arm started to throb and really hurt.... I pinched a nerve in my shoulder. needless to say it fucking hurts. I took some pain meds and gonan go soak in the tub some. Hope it gets better by thursday.
