JUST A HOUSEKEEPING MATTER
_alicesprings and I would just like to reiterate the reasons we started this community. We both love to read fanfic and wanted to share with some of our newer friends the authors and stories that we had come to know and love. We had hoped this community would help us spark some discussions over our favorite fics too. However, we do not want to step on any authors toes. We had a conversation today because we were both concerned that we didn't have the authors permission to pimp their fic and they weren't getting any feedback.
Therefore, if you would prefer that we not recommend any of your stories, please just let us know and we will honor any of those requests.
In addition, we sincerely urge our members to leave feedback for these authors if they enjoyed the stories. The authors deserve to know that their work is still being appreciated and that it's reaching a new audience.
