For the benefit of all of us attending this exciting weekend, could those "in charge" of each aspect of the event make a post today or tomorrow listing the locations and times of each activity...

Such as the Friday night meeting, the Saturday picnic, and the Sunday luncheon.

It would help me and I would imagine it would help others to have all this together in one small group of posts.
