Why I Recommend This Fic:
This is the first time I'm reccing a brand new fic here. Why? Because I love Theodore Schmidt, and it's very hard to find fics that capture the true essence of him. Fics that get inside his head and give us a piece of his mind, his thoughts, his heart. arlad does a beautiful job here. She gives us an in-depth look into Ted Schmidt's life, and the journey he makes from a point which begins pre-series, ties in with the beginning, and then goes through each season with a fine-toothed comb -- giving us great insight into his relationships with and love for the gang of Liberty Ave. Most especially with Brian Kinney. Because we all knew he didn't appear to think much of Brian at the beginning, but that as time passed, Ted was one person who didn't fall for the facade for too long, who took the evolution of Brian Kinney in stride, and began to see the reality behind the Kinney mask. Amazing stuff. Brian/Ted friendship = Love, and this fic is brimming with it! Enjoy!
