After the lovely angstiness of the first post, I felt there was need for a lift-me-up type rec, so I decided to go with what I consider one of my absolute fave vids in the whole fandom. Fanvids were what pulled me into QAF in the first place, so I consider myself a very big fan of them. I must say I was lucky that the vidders I came across initially were so amazingly talented that my first impression of QAF vidding was one of being totally blown away. Here's the first of those vidders who rock my world.

Why I Recommend This Vid:
From the very first frame, f1renze uses such stunningly appropriate shots from the series and so beautifully matches the emotion of the scenes to the lyrics of the song that it literally takes your breath away. Right from that first defining moment in the series when Brian set his eyes on Justin standing under that lamppost, through all the exhilirating ups and downs of their non-defined, non-conventional relationship, each instance is masterfully captured, fitted, and defined with the beat of the music and the meaning behind the words -- so much so that, at points, it almost feels as if this song was written for this vid. Such is the exquisiteness of f1renze, who to this day remains one of my favorite vidders.
