I like it very much. I can rule out some writers (much too Brian-friendly for some) but let's see what the next part brings :D
The "angst" in the genre freaks me out a bit. So far I am really pleased Brian showed up in NY first - him not doing that is pretty much the worst post-513 angst scenario for me.

That and Justin losing all contact with Brian after moving to NY. I find that very OOC too and simply refuse to accept such a scenario in my fangirly B/J-forever mentality! I want my B/J together! :)
Not quite sure why this story has began like this, but am very intrigued to follow it through.
LOVE the West Indian character. My father is West Indian, from Grenada. I can totally relate to the inability for some to understanding the West Indian accent. If I have been away too long from my Granny I get a little confused myself.
I always thought that the QAF community was too homogenized. Hee hee hee.
Oh, I can't tell you how much I love you for loving that characater. He just came to me at the right time when I was thinking of where to place Justin in NY. I am so happy you can relate to the language problems. I found some AMAZING websites that traslate/transliterate West Indian English to normal English... and some of the translations were downright hilarious. At least to me. I just had to put this idea in the story. I thought it just worked. I am glad you enjoyed it. :)

Loving this so far, and can't wait for more... I'll perhaps make an author guess when I get to the end, but I have an idea... maybe...
