HI I HAD A VERY BUSY DAY TODAY.

But I feel very very accomplished. I guess it is because I chose to start the day with my Kitty shoes with Kitty socks.

The most I've slept this week is 6 hours in a night, and that was yesterday from 8pm-2am so I don't know if that counts at all. Anyway so I spent the whole night doing many things like finishing up a design for a client, painting my mum's white pair of shoes black (don't ask) and als finally updating Yellow Mushmellow's badges page! Check it out!

Now I realized that the most tiring part of the day is the morning. Just get past that and you're good to go.

I was so tired by 7 am that all I really wanted to do was sleep, but my mum asked me out for Thosai breakfast and who says no to Thosai?!

Finally managed to go to the post office (after much procrastination) to mail my stuff! I had to go to the post office very often recently cus I've been getting quite a number of orders for my badges! Even from people overseas! This is a very pleasant problem to have so I'm grateful :)

Went home to do more edits for my client and then I went to the block 18 market to take photographs for a photography assignment. Somehow being behind the camera gives you the courage to be different, to stand in the midst of a crowd in strange positions just to get the shot you want without caring what other people thing. I think it's quite an adventure.

Walked to Bedok Interchange to take more photos of the neighborhood for a very exciting city project I have to do! Sat at Starbucks to do some brainstorming until I realized that I forgot my ezlink card.

So I walked all the way back home from Bedok. Yes. The only time I bothered to do this was back in TJ when I encountered those shameless worms at the bus stop and was therefore too afraid to wait for the bus every morning.

Had a medical appointment at Chai Chee later on (now on hindsight, I wonder why I didn't just stay on at the Interchange...) and godddddd I bloody hate blood tests!!! I was half traumatized after I had that much blood drawn from my body because I hate blood and needles, it makes me feel very very sick. x____x Plus, the headache from having skipped lunch + lack of sleep didn't help.

The only good thing about that medical check up was knowing that I've lost weight. Yessssaaaah!

Went to the National Library at Bras Basah to do some visual research and felt happy again! Ah I love being amidst these book-fuls of inspiration!

It's so unfair how cute things are always Japanese!

I brought a lot of children's books home cus I am a sucker for children's books illustrations. It is my ultimate dream to publish my own children's book.

But halfway I had to do some urgent edits for a job so I rushed to a coffee bean to steal some Internet!!! I was so tired that I slept on the bus home and missed my stop so I had to walk an extra bus stop back home. That's a lot of walking for a day!

But I feel so happy now! I still have a lot of work to do tonight but I'm determined to complete them! Nothing beats this feeling of satisfaction, remember?

Anyway, have a picture I took of my very strange collection of shoes! I love all of them!!!
