It's almost like they want me gone. For the amount that they claim to want me to stick around, my parents- no, my mom and step-dad are really just forcing me out. I mean they are just unbelievable. I'm going to university as an officer in the Armed Forces, owning my own car, and they actually expect me to be home at a certain time on weekdays and weekends, watch the kids at their whim, have the net off by 11, and report in everywhere I go? I'm 18 years old, going on 19... I'd like at least SOME independance. Maybe a little taste of being treated like an adult. I don't know if it's because they were treated weirdly, or what it is, but I can't bear this place. I'm here till sometime in October, when I move into Peterborough, but even until then will be a stretch. I just wish they would get their heads out of their asses and run their family right.
