"And I keep praying and hoping and wishing, dreaming and waiting and waiting"
I just applied for the position of Course Developer at work. It is so along the lines of what I want to do in HR... and more money (salary) and full-time (not "as needed", which is what my training currently is). I want to get this job so much I'm afraid to get my hopes up.
I need distracting!
Maybe I will go for sushi (whether or not Donna calls to come with), and then hang out at the Grind most of the day with my laptop. I was thinking of going into work for some OT, but now I feel weird about going in, until I hear something. (Same sorta feeling I had after applying for the Assistant HR position in NB.) I've got Hillside stuff to finish up, anyway. Hopefully, that will keep me properly distracted. 'Cause I don't think anyone's free tonight (plus I want to go to the shul Sat morning).
