Well that was pointless
Wow, so I rushed to the bus terminal, but missed the 3:45 bus up to Brock. Caught the next one, rushed to a computer lab, only to discover my attachment hadn't properly saved, so I could not print my letter for OSAP here, either. Then went to the OCH office to post my listing (Wanted: Roommate), but it's already closed. Fan-fucking-tastic! I filled out a form and slid it beside his door (and the doorframe) anyway. Except I just realized that it probs won't get posted till Monday -- the day I leave the country. Extra special.
Oh yes, and the reason I couldn't just print it all up at home? My printer is broken. In a way that is not fixable, (trust me, I tried). As in, the casing that holds the top part to the bottom part is cracked. Such demolishment is the type one could expect from a fragile printer being jostled about and indelicately handled were it to be moved from one house to another, and then back again. Oh wait! That's just what happened to mine! All because someone couldn't be bothered to make sure something like that didn't happen! Oh, and did I mention I've had this printer less than a year? It was a birthday present from my parents last year; my birthday is in November. I seriously doubt something like this is covered by the warranty. And I'd be willing to bet an entire limb that someone won't take responsibility for her own carelessness/inconsideration and pay for the part/printer to be replaced. Just like I have no expectation of her to pay for the damage she did to my brand new laptop (that I've had less than 3 months!), even though she was the direct cause of that damage. (Though my mom did subtly remind me that it costs only $50 to file in small claims court. *lol*)
Oh, and for those of you who don't know (probs most of you, really), I've already got a page-long list of things of mine that are missing since she moved out. Lovely, huh? Can't wait for that fight to start -- NOT. (The one where I try to get my stuff back.)
