Go take a hike, Pal!
so my buddy Mike has been in town from DC for the past week and it's been pretty awesome. in the middle of the week, we went to Wheadon Island with Nicole and Geneva. hiked. saw a bunch of mullet and crabs. also finally saw a gopher tortoise....4 different times. afterwards we got ice cream at Dairy Inn. peach soft serve!
old boss said he's gonna start doing deliveries and will contact me when he does.
Friday, me and mike went to Brooker Creek and hiked. saw a gopher tortoise right as we entered. saw a few skinks and a ton of armadillos throughout the trails. a little bummed we didn't see any snakes.... got Ritter's frozen custard afterwards.
later that night, i went and saw Fake Problems and Bomb the Music Industry! i was bummed that i got there too late to see Inertia's last show. Fake Problems played some older songs and the new stuff continues to redeem the last album. Bomb the Music Industry! continue to stand out from the rest of the bands you normally see. opened with a killer cover of Linoleum.
Monday we were gonna overnight camp, but it was raining all day and continued to at least today.
been on a bit of a fun high so i'm hoping it doesn't end anytime soon.
i need to get mine.
don't play second fiddle to cocaine.
