I'm reminded today why I used to have huge issues with Mac. Trying to connect the laptop to the PC to transfer the Temari piece to print, the damn thing hanged. It'll let me do everything that doesn't involve the desktop, logging out, or restarting. Jim's side *had* been fine, until I tried to shut down from his login......
*sigh*
All of my google searches are telling me *why* it's happened...but not how to shut it down. It's not like I can just cycle off the power...it's a laptop for crying out loud.
And of course, the only people I know who are Mac proficent are out of town until Monday night.
Guess I'll just have to let the battery run down....
ETA Never mind...finally got the damned thing to cycle off.
