Well, making a little progress on Hakkai..... (the costume, that is)
Forgive the poor quality camera phone pics....I was being lazy and didn't want to go upstairs to get the other camera, then back upstairs to turn on the other computer to download them. XD
Spent a little over an hour dying the wig.... What started off life as this is now what you see above. I wound up using Jaquard textlie paint in brown, thinned down enough to make it through a spray bottle. My little test patch that I sprayed, dried, and washed came out soft enough, but certainly not dark enough. I'll have to hit it up with another, somewhat darker round once I've rinsed it thoroughly.
I emerged from my studio in the windowless garage to discover it had started raining lightly while I was in there. Between tracks on my iPod, I thought I had heard something... XD At least I know I may still be sick, but not (totally) crazy.
