Granite counters, death valley, and $12 profit

Hello everyone! I thought it was high time for a little update, so here it goes.

Last Monday I smashed my chin on my granite counter. Basically I was on it and slipped off on my way down. It was pretty brutal. I had a bump the first day, and it hurt like hell but I'm fine now. It's just still a little tender.

Wednesday I took off for Death Valley with Hancock. It was fun and I learned plenty of geology facts to drive people crazy with. Just an example is " thats when the schist hit the [alluvial] fan!" I also, in true photographer fashion, took plenty of photos. Here is the one I've been working on. Its four combined shots since I didn't have a lens with a wide enough angle to capture it all.

Tonight I went and got some ice cream from cold stones and in the parking lot I found $15. Huzzah! Now I just need to read for anthropology and study bone features. Take care everyone!
