You have no idea how happy your review makes me. Helga has always had a great appeal for me since she seemed to me as the most tolerant and accepting of the founders, and I have tried to tell part of her story a couple of times but Never managed to do it the way I wanted to. And then I had this idea how the school came about and how it might have been. I, espacially, couldn't shake the idea about how desperate a poor, muggle parent must have felt realising their child was special and what kind of courage it must have taken to bring the child to Hogwarts.

And Merlin ... I took his name in vain, I know, but I think all women have had run ins with that particular type of man. The arrogant bastard extrordinaire, so convinced of his own excellence and superiority. How they take liberties without asking premission and putting others in situations not of their own choosing.

I've worked with education in some capacity for most of my career, and to me one of the most important problems we have to deal with is how we get students from different backgrounds into higher education, because many of them isn't interested and not from lack of intelligence but because they don't see the point aince they manages anyway. Thank you so much for your feedback and your lovely review. I put a lot of myself into this story, so it's a story that's very close to me.
