Exchange fever and a birthday wish!
First off, a happy belated birthday to catherinecookmn . I'm not sure if you're still around on LJ, but if you are, I hope you had a fab day yesterday, and I wish you all the very best for the coming yesr.
Also wanted to mention that I had so much fun participating in the snuna_exchange this year. My fabulous gift was the gentle, sweet and charming fic, Rare Creatures by roseofthewest, which truly exceeded anything I could ever have expected when I came up with the prompt. My own submission was The Path Less Travelled, an illustration for leela_cat 's story The Tao of Wands, that she wrote for last year's Snuna fest. I have a fair few fics to read yet, but the quality of the gifts so far has been nothing short of stupendous. I cant wait to get through them all, and am already looking forward to participating next year. And now that the sshg_exchange has started posting, I'm determined to try and keep up as much as is humanly possible. Lots of RL stuff going on at the mo, which I'll probably whinge about in nauseating detail in a flocked post in the near future. Otherwise, I think I'll be fairly quiet this month. Ciao all!
