American Revolution US/UK! M-My favorite type of US/UK!!

And this fic is way too perfect- I can barely put into words of what I liked about it- which is everything! Alfred's complaints about British rule, the sexiness, England already having planned the whole thing (I couldn't decide whether or not this was creepy or cute, but after reading the rest I decided on cute with a little creepy), the sex scene that was graphic yet subtle, the unbearable sweetness and cuddling between them afterwords, and the ENDING. The bittersweet ENDING. At least I know it all eventually works out in the end...

I ship it as UK/US right up to the present day--but the reasons (and the relationship dynamics) become kinda...difficult to put into words.

Or at least, difficult to put into LJ comment-length words. I'm waiting for somebody to request a modern UK/US fic that isn't just smut so I can get into it, but...nobody ever does. ._.

I love the way you write UK/US! This was incredible, I loved the way you portrayed the UK as so controlling and manipulative. The guilt he felt afterward made it so realistic and heartbreaking. The ending was perfect.
