And just as I posted crap about my bus adventures, today... there was a drunk. He was really loud and obnoxious, and he had a 2 liter bottle of A&W cream soda. Or was it beer? IDK THEY'RE THE SAME COLOR. Flat cream soda or beer? Hmm...
Either way, he was drunk, and he kept yelling to everyone that he was on his way to the blood bank to get money because he's a jobless bum who "used to make $20 an hour". He even admitted that he was raging drunk, "But I've got breath mints. They won't even notice!" And then he went on and on about being a "bad boy" and a "pimp", which was disturbingly not hilarious.
I should have been laughing along with everyone, but I didn't, even thought I'm usually the first to laugh. It was probably because my mind was still stuck on the fact that this drunk guy is trying to donate blood, and if he succeeds? What? He's willing to harm someone who needs a transfusion by giving them tainted blood? I seriously doubt that he would be able to trick them, as they have to test the blood before they take out large amounts, but it pissed me off that he was capable of that kind of cruelty.
Yeah, whatever. This "bad boy pimp" was actually a 40-something guy with a high pitched voice, sporting a Minnesoooota hick accent and a NASCAR mustache. *barf* What stereotypes is he trying to fit into now? Ghetto redneck welcome-to-Fargo-would-you-like-some-hotdish? Yeah, I would like some hotdish.
In other news... I am dead. The semester's just started and I'm already falling behind. I need to get some work done soon. Like now. Need to stop failing!! Literally!! I can't make it this far just to be a college drop-out, can I? ARGH. I'm going to STAY HERE in this computer lab until I'm all caught up, and if I succeed, then and only then can I go home and watch Gintama and the HIJIKATA/YAMAZAKI MAYO FORCE-FEEDING SCENE!!! That's totally my new tactic. I'm not allowed to have my Gintama fix unless I finish working.
