For those that know Mammon well it is clear she is in 'business mode', meaning she has compartmentalized her more colorful and personal emotions, but there is a tension at the corner of her eyes that is a combination of both physical and emotional pain. She never wanted to have to make this kind of announcement and certainly not now when there was so much turmoil going on. But her voice is steady if quiet.]
It is my duty, unfortunately, to inform you all that Lady Beatrice and Lord Battler Ushiromiya have returned to Rokkenjima. I hold in my hand the words of the Endless Sorcerer, his will, regarding the distribution of all his assets including personnel and property. His wishes are inviolate and to that end he has appointed Dr. Eirin Yagokoro as Executor of this will and thus compensated for her services in gold. As the doctor is currently recovering from exhaustion, it falls upon me to deliver this message.
The first provision is in regards to those servants known as Furniture. Lord Battler hereby relinquishes any claim of ownership to any and all Furniture. They are now free to pursue their own interests as entities unto themselves. They are no longer Furniture and decide their own fates.
The second provision is in regards to the vast sum of gold Lord Battler possessed that has been sustaining the estate since its creation. All remaining gold after Dr. Yagokoro is compensated is to be divided between the four following individuals: Rosa Ushiromiya, Belphegor of Sloth, Mammon of Greed and Asmodeus of Lust.
The third provision is in regards to ownership of the Manor and Guesthouse properties. Lord Battler has given ownership of said residences to his head maid, Sakuya Izayoi, under a specific restriction. All of the current living arrangements are to be honored and any who currently provide services to the estate are to be allowed to continue in exchange for room and board. Should such not be honored, Lord Battler has stated that the properties immediately transfer to Belphegor of Sloth and should such still not be honored, the properties are forfeit.
The forth provision grants ownership of Rondo Records to Mammon of Greed.
The fifth provision grants ownership of the stables and the two horses, Bella and Thryza to Asmodeus of Lust.
The sixth provision grants ownership of the estate's interest in the Opera House to Belphegor of Sloth.
I quote the following directly from this will I hold in my hand: Without exception, attempts by one beneficiary to take from another's share will lead to the immediate termination of that bequeathal. The surrendered share will then be divided among the other remaining beneficiaries.
Lord Battler has signed and dated this will in red. It is his words, his wishes, and if I possessed access to the red I would state in red that Mammon of Greed has not tampered with or forged this will in any manner. I cannot access the red at this time, but I state it anyways.
Should any of you wish to read this will in its entirety, it will be in my possession until Dr. Yagokoro has recovered upon which I will hand it to her as she is the Executor. Any disputes regarding this are to be directed to her. I ask that you give her time to recover before bombarding her with questions should you have them.
Lady Beatrice and Lord Battler have left letters to most of us. Please come by to pick them up at your convenience.

With this will now conveyed any current servants that wish to take leave of the estate are free to do so and I will personally provide a small severance package to allow for the acquisition of new residence. It won't be much, but it'll be enough for a small apartment in the Second. I would like all who have served Lady and Lord Ushiromiya to stay on, but your lives are your own.
