it's actually underneath the dress, probably attached to his pants XD
the lower part of the dress is open, so, when he "dodges" those black pillars, it opens up and shows what's underneath... said this, I haven't the faintest idea of what that is! xD
maybe we'll get to know what it is with the full PV~

Yes, I know it's underneath his "dress" (cassock). That's also why I said it was like the Drug Party belts... because they were wrapped around his thigh but attached to his trousers.

I'm sure it's just part of the costume design, it just caught me eye as it wasn't all black.

Hmmm...They look too narrow to be like Drug Party belts. Zips perhaps, or some kind of embellishment. But belts would be such a nice detail. Why belts around thighs are so attractive? Because thighs belong to G?

Btw, that necklace in recent Asia Versus episodes also caught my eye. Haven´t seen it anywhere else. Gemcerey, perhaps.
