I may be late to the party on this, but if you're in the same position as me where you're learning Japanese but your level is nowhere near good enough to catch everything in a drama purely by listening to it, there's a great archive of Japanese subtitles.

It updates really quickly and the subs are the ones that air on Japanese TV (I believe).
