I want to be a part of it

Last night I went to a rave called Destiny: Together as One at the Docks. About 2,000 people were there. At the time of the same party last year, I had just taken a helicopter ride around the city and the next morning, still tripping on acid, I flew home to find the Gates in Central Park. What a year it's been.

I dressed up in a baby pink shirt with fat pants, a giant, fuzzy heart backpack and angel wings. You could have called me cupid? Sometimes I'm so candy I can't believe it.

We are coming to New York on the 16th for ten days! So excited! I haven't been on Long Island in nearly six weeks and I am really missing Wheatie (and my friends, of course!) I don't know what the plans are for most of when we're in town but one you should definitely check out is our pillow fight in the city next Saturday. :) You know you want to come.

I am feeling very cracked from last night. Since our friend has left the country, we are forced to sketch at strangers' houses with 20 other strangers, bathing in cigarette smoke and watching people rail lines off a dirty glass table.

My mom told me the snow on Long Island is ridiculous. I'm sure I could see a hundred pictures right now if I just looked at my friends page but LiveJournal: I do not love you anymore. It's really the hazard of having a paid account on PureRave.

I went to a hockey game last night before the rave! It was the Toronto Maple Leafs vs. the New York Rangers. New York won! :) I am not really much of a hockey fan but it is an important part of Canadian culture, so I agreed to see it. At this point it looks like New York could win the Stanley Cup?

My brain is still recovering but I will see you soon, Long Island.
