It's November. Capture the Flag is over (but about 500 people came!). We had a zombie walk the following sunday, which was pretty sweet :) The pics are available at
http://www.flickr.com/groups/torontozombiewalk/ For Halloween I went to the Docks for Destiny 666, a massive rave with perhaps 3,000 people? I was Peter Pan :) I wanted to be Link, though, so I gave myself kind of a Link hat.
Toronto is not nearly as cold this fall as it was last year. November has actually turned out to be warmer (and much drier!) than October, so it allows for outside fun! I have been going to parks and walking a lot, enjoying the urban outdoors if you will. My concern is focused squarely on the city, but it makes me think of New York all the time.
I am coming home for Thanksgiving but it will only be for four days again. I am glad I saw a lot of people last time I came home but I missed a few important ones!
I am going to take another road test in December. The guy at the LCBO said my ID wasn't valid because it said "Learner's Permit" instead of "Driver's License"! I had to show him the blacklight reactive craziness and the crystals falling off my license before he sold me the beer.
stacmandu's birthday was a week+ ago. He got me a Threadless gift certificate for my birthday! So I don't know what to get him.
Everything leads me to believe I should spend more time on AIM talking to the people I grew up with. I miss you, Long Island, more than I usually care to admit.
