I spend lots of time with the KATCHO and try to make him speak Cantonese. We both FINALLY finished OKAMI last week. Took us 56 something hours. What a long game. But so pretty and swirly and colourful. After all this gaming,
We have both agreed that our favourite game on the PlayStation2 is SHADOW OF THE COLOSSUS.
I also found THIS in a gamestore in town and want it badly.
Last week I went apprenticeship-hunting in tattoo shops. I went to a well-known tattoo parlour where they have an inhouse sterilization center. The manager told me they werent looking for people, and that they usually just take apprentices within their own staff. She told me to be patient and come back with a portfolio and a CV. To which I responded that I purposefully brought my stuff that day.
SO SHE GLADLY WENT THROUGH MY STUFFses.
I was dumbshit nervous as she was silently going through my artdump. To my joy she was very pleased!
''ITS DEFINITELY NOT A 'NO', BUT I CANNOT SAY 'YES'.'' She said.
GOOD NEWS!
Thus, she booked me an appointment with the store owner.
Which is THURSDAY NOON.
Which is TOMORROWOHGOD.
Needless to say, I am a happy kid.
Okay, I still work part-time in my mother's business while working on 2 other art contracts from home.
BUT HEY. This might be a good chance to go out there and sell myself!
Finally. FOR REAL.
I can so see myself sterilizing tools and equipments wearing creepy medical gloves <3
