Good point. It'd have to be regulated well through procedural law, certainly for people working in law enforcement. The potential for abuse is huge.

Would you admit to being one if you were? Would you allow yourself to be regulated by some law? To be persecuted if the government decides that you're a potential threat to national security?

If the situation is well-regulated by law, I think I would. The way your questions are phrased, however, I assume it is not, or unfairly done.
