It's the same old thing
There's been lots to post about, but I just haven't done it. What else is new?
For starters, David and Raine have gotten out of the pen. So yay. They'll come back, though. They better.
Yesterday, I met up with my sister in Rivergate to go to the Bath and Body Works Fragrance Event. We were supposed to meet in Charlotte Pike, but she couldn't get there because of some walk-a-thon. I was already there, so I decided to go to World Market.
They have the best smelling soap I have ever smelt in my entire life. It's called Magnolia Pear by South of France and it is delicious. I wasn't going to get it because it's $5.99 for a bar of soap, but when I went in there, it was on sale for $3.99 so I had to get it. I wish there was a perfume or something. I'd wear it every day.
So we finally met at the mall. There's a new bear from Build A Bear that I NEEEEEED. She's rainbow and so pretty! My sister got her bear an outfit. I didn't get anything. *pout*
We got some things at Claire's. 10 for $10 is nice, yes.
Then we went to the Fragrance Event at B&B. I voted for number 3, which turned out to be sweet pea. I got a full size Into the Wild lotion and a tote bag by buying my most favoritest new smell - Apricot Vanilla. It's amazing. Oh, and I got a free travel size Twilight Woods cuz my sister had a coupon. Yay.
This just in: David and Raine are back home safe and sound, although wet. I've since take a shower to rid my body of the awful "Wet Dog Stench". Now, back to your original programming.
Then we went to eat at Chick-fil-A and it was delicious. I have a bit of a problem with that place though. Every time you say "Thank you" they say "My pleasure". Every. Single. Time. It's like, no, it's not your pleasure when you've been programmed to say it. What's wrong with the classic, "You're welcome"? I've never been offended by that saying. But I am a bit miffed when I hear "My pleasure" 50,000 times.
After that, we went to Target and hit the after Easter mother load. I got chocolate (surprise, surprise) and a coloring book, and a couple of list pads, and ELF eyeshadow primer.
Me and Bethany were there for a while. Then we went to my granny's to hang for a bit, but not for long because I had to have the car back home so mom could get to work. If I don't get me a car soon, I'm gonna scream. I've already found a few cars online for sale. Hopefully, I can get one. *crosses fingers*
Anyway, after I left, I had to get gas and cat food. Publix had a buy one get one free Purina One cat food sale, so I bought 4 bags of cat food and got four free. The cats should be set for a little while.
I've recently gotten into an anime called D.Gray Man. I watched a few episodes a long time ago but had to stop because there were only so many translated. But it's really good so far. I'm in the 2nd season. I've already got a new ship. Allen and Lavi. They're so cute. *swoons* And one of my favorite characters is this chick named Miranda. She's adorable. Man, I love Netfix's instant play. Best thing ever.
Oh, and I started re-playing Blur, this car racing video game. It's fun. I played it for a little over 11 hours one night. Straight. Well, I did take a 30 minute shower, but I was right back to it. FUUUUUUUUUUUUN.
And I did stay up for 30 hours the other day. Because I was trying to get back into a "normal" sleep schedule, but I just don't think it's possible for me. Because I'm right back to sleeping all day and being up all night. I think it's impossible. But whatever. It's how I've always been, so I guess I've got to assume it's how I'm always going to be.
But the reason I bring it up is because I'm hopefully going to be able to volunteer at Vanderbilt's Children's Hospital and I doubt they'll need a chick who can roam the halls at 3:00 in the morning. DAMN YOU INTERNAL CLOCK!
Anyway, I've got to go May 10th for something called Volunteer Information or something like that. I think it'll be a great learning experience. Plus, it will give me something to do since all I do currently is play video games and watch television.
Anywho, I think that's all that I've got to post about. I'm going to go play Blur some more. Cuz I'm just that cool. :P
