White Collar - Neal Caffrey, of course. I love his wit and his charm. I love his dark hair and his blue eyes. I love his fashion sense. I love that he's not afraid to love. I love how smart he is. I love that he can be friends with the FBI agent that put him in jail.
Spartacus - Spartacus. Obvious, I know, but these are the reasons why. I love his determination and his strong will. I love his pride and his bravery. I love that he always does the right thing (or he tries to). I love his strength, outside and inside. I love his blue eyes. I love his love for his family and friends. I love his humanity.
The Mentalist - Oh, another obvious answer, but I have to go with Patrick Jane. I love his charisma and his sharp tongue. I love his outlook on life. I love that he knows his weakness and he's embraced it. I love his hatred for Red John. I love that he still wears his wedding ring. I love his annoyance at psychics. I love how smart he is. I love that he's headstrong and impulsive. I love that he does the right thing, even if he steps on toes. Or jumps on them.
Dark Angel - Alec. I love his bad boy attitude. I love that deep down, he truly cares. I love that he tries to do the right thing, even though it's not something he was programmed to know how to do. I love that he can love and that he still thinks about her often.
